Notes: On June 30 Gyldendal (the biggest Danish publishing agency) released MH’s epic two-volume novel ’Den Sidste Romantiker’ (‘The Last Romantic’) in its first paperback edition. Originally People’s Press had released the hardback novel in August 2005, but the change of publishers was made possible due to a clause, MH had insisted upon during the contract negotiations, a clause that secured him all rights to the paperback format of the book.

Gyldendal’s paperback version of the book became ”book of the month” throughout July and August 2006, thereby securing the book status as a regular bestseller (as a hardback novel the book had already sold several editions). The paperback version furthermore presented the book with a new cover design, a photograph taken by Robin Skjoldborg (a phographer MH had worked with on several occasions, such as the ’Cradlemoon’ video from 1996 (you can see the video under our media-menu).
